About

A software studio for the businesses no one built for.

Garrett Value Products LLC is a california, usa-based software studio founded in 2026. We design and build custom software for small and mid-sized operators — and partner with them on the products that come out of the work.

How we're organized

Founder-led, with a trusted network of partners.

GVP runs lean by design. Jeff leads the work end to end — discovery, product, architecture, and shipping. For builds that need additional hands, we pull from a small bench of vetted engineers, designers, and domain specialists we've worked with before. Every engagement is staffed deliberately, never by the hour.

This is the right structure for the kind of work we take on: focused, partner-led, and accountable to a single person who's on the hook for outcomes.

Founder

Jeff Garrett.

Founder, Garrett Value Products LLC.

From SaaS for independent eye-care practices to engineering for California's largest state agencies, Jeff has built software for almost every kind of customer. GVP is where that experience meets the small businesses no one built for.

He grew up watching his parents build a business from nothing — and brings that perspective into every engagement. The work GVP takes on doesn't come off a spreadsheet of market opportunities. It comes from a real person with a real problem.

Partners welcome

If you bring a problem worth solving, we should talk.

GVP grows through partnerships first. The next product we build is more likely to come from a conversation with an operator than from a market scan.
